I led multiple product teams while at Cornerstone OnDemand: edMarketplace, Cornerstone Guide, and LXP Widgets. I also worked on multiple product projects, including Galaxy Micro-Apps and Insights and Nudges.
edMarketplace is a content marketplace supporting sellers and buyers of learning products and instructional services. A complete set of tools to set-up a seller's marketplace, including support for vouchers, promotions, sales fulfillment, multiple pricing models, checkouts and more. I worked to help integrate edMarketplace into the LXP (Learning Experience Platform) to enable purchasing experiences through an API-driven architecture.
Cornerstone Guide (formally MyGuide) is a digital adoption platform that helps users onboard to their company software applications through the user of user-contextually aware workflows, tutorials, tooltips, and validation. I took over product ownership, straightened out the roadmap, and led the strategy and delivery of features, including introducing AI features.
LXP Widgets are a collection of integrations that extend learning experiences into users favorite productivity tools. Widgets included MS Teams apps/bots, Office 365 add-ons, GSuite add-ons, Browser Extensions, and Salesforce integrations.
My primary responsibilities included:
Create and manage product strategies with inclusion of cross-team collaboration.
Work in collaboration with engineering teams to work through technical requirements and workflows.
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring customer value is being delivered.
Some of my accomplishments included:
Architected and delivered a custom edMarketplace to an elite customer, supporting a custom subscription bundles with a mixture of multiple content providers.
Delivered a GTM strategy that grew Cornerstone Guide's revenue by 109% in 2025.
Delivered new ML feature that auto-created guides, which reduced manual efforts by 45%.
Created a technical integration and implementation process that reduced onboarding of Guide by 30%.
Created new vision for LXP Widgets based on market research, customer interviews, that led to MS Copilot and Salesforce Agent integrations.
May 2006 - March 2022
During my tenure at Tata Technologies, I served as the lead product manager for i GET IT, an industry-leading online learning platform and marketplace for MCAD and PLM training. I managed the entire product lifecycle, from technical infrastructure and requirement engineering to designing UI mocks and executing global marketing campaigns. Beyond platform development, I directed the content roadmap and managed the content development team while facilitating high-level business deals and technical integrations for enterprise partners. This foundational role allowed me to master a diverse "superpower" set of product skills, driving the platform's growth and industry presence for over a decade.
Architected the i GET IT learning marketplace product strategy and vision, providing an industry leading library of manufacturing content, driving $2M in ARR. In addition, the i GET IT strategy was used as a learning platform for elite Tata Technologies customers, supporting multi-million dollar services contracts. This allowed customers i GET IT to create and deliver training content for digital transformation projects.
Supported the ReadyEngineer program, which supported the learning journeys of over 1M-users in alignment with government programs in India.
Managed content partnerships, including providing technical expertise in the integrations of each partner. Each partner had a unique, negotiated contract, based on their content level and customer demand. Technical integrations included working through SCORM, AICC, xAPI connections.
Managed both application and content teams, providing both roadmap guidance and employee management of each team.
Served as a cross-functional mentor, successfully onboarding and integrating 5+ junior employees across Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to accelerate team an effective onboarding.
Gathered customer feedback and performed market research to develop product roadmaps that built our a robust learning platform. Some feature highlights include:
Course Builder - A workflow-based builder that allowed customers to build custom documents and courses, including importing content from external sources.
Learning Experience - I believe we were first to the "Learning Experience" concept. Starting in 2008, we built a new learning catalog experience that allowed users to easily search, view content by channel, and launch content.
Created mockups using tools such as UXPin and Figma, which engineering used for development projects.
For the first few years, i GET IT was hosted in a co-located datacenter located in Denver, CO, occasional hardware issues and increasing costs were becoming a problem. In 2014, I directed a strategic move of migrating to Azure, which saved use 66% in annual hosting costs. This move also allowed i GET IT to start to adopt some the newer Azure services, such as Azure Search and Data Storage, which providing a more robust learning solution to customers.
Led the strategy for integrating a third-party subscription-based e-commerce solution, which led to an additional $500K in incremental annual recurring revenue. I partnered with engineering to architect the integration plan, using API's, SDK's and Web-hooks to process online transactions. The solution reduced compliance requirements for customers.
One of the most popular customer requests was to integrate i GET IT content into their enterprise LMS, using industry standards AICC or SCORM. After performing research, I drove the strategy to partner with Rustic for their SCORM Driver, which helped us rapidly build the required features. This was a pivotal new feature, securing $1M+ in incremental revenue and supporting our most elite enterprise customers. With the new AICC and SCORM support for the i GET IT platform, this also helped in onboarding new content providers by automating publishing workflows, slashing content management overhead. This was later expanded to xAPI.
I led a project to build support SSO integrations, another pivotal need for elite customers. By supporting SSO (SAML 2), this dramatically reduced the customer onboarding times to usually 1-3 days, along with increasing login security for our customers.
Created a social media strategy for hosting industry-driven webinars, which drive in about 100+ qualified leads per event. Each event was recorded and placed on a product YouTube channel.
Created a strategy to capture an engineering tech tip from each subject matter expert. These 3-5 minute videos where recorded, published within the i GET IT platform, and then posted on the product YouTube channel. These weekly publications were tracking for viewer usage and highlighted in the monthly newsletters.
Attended 4 major industry trade shows each year, which including gathering over 1,000 qualified leads per event, building relationships with customers, performing public speaking sessions.
Created content and built product brochures that were used for each event, including some of the design aspects using Adobe InDesign.
Strategized a persona for i GET IT, called "Cosmos". Cosmos was a tiger-character that was used within the application to provide guidance and create a fun persona. Cosmos was also used on marketing collateral and created a talking point while at events.
Used an existing concept to build a custom "Keep Calm and Learn On" phrase, which we used for trade show events on t-shirts.
